ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

All applications are lodged through a fund Manager employed by the District or Provincial Government of the Scheme who convenes a screening committee meeting to decide and recommend to the Bank as well as decline those not meeting requirements.

Applications endorsed by the Screening Committee sent to the Bank are assessed by the Bank based on its lending guidelines and it is therefore the Bank that makes the final decision in approving applications. A standard administration fee is taken out by the Bank on the fund deposit to facilitate the credit scheme loan.
